In a wide frequency range, Teflon has a high dielectric strength, low dielectric coefficient, and high surface resistance. After special formulation or industrial treatment, it can even have a certain conductivity and can be used as an antistatic coating.
Spray has strong resistance to high temperature and fire, which is made of Teflon has a very high melting point and spontaneous ignition point, as well as an unexpectedly low thermal conductivity. The working temperature of Teflon spraying can reach 290°C, and the intermittent working temperature can even reach 315°C.
In general, Teflon spraying is not affected by the chemical environment. The only chemicals known to date to affect Teflon are molten alkali metals and fluorinating agents at high temperatures. Many Teflon industrial coatings can withstand harsh zero without loss of mechanical properties. Teflon industrial coatings can be used at temperatures as low as-270oC/-454oF.
