First of all, it is conducive to the digestion of production capacity. China's PFA particle production has been ranked first in the world in recent years, but now the domestic production capacity is far greater than the demand. We expect that on the one hand, we will use the domestic "Belt and Road" involved in the transportation construction, park construction, and new urbanization construction to promote the demand for PFA particles in construction projects; on the other hand, we will strengthen cooperation with my country's construction units and promote overseas The undertaking projects mostly adopt domestically producedPFA Granules. Although China is the largest producer of PFA particles, there are still many problems in the development of the industry, and the task of strengthening structural optimization, strengthening scientific and technological innovation and improving the quality of development is arduous. We should make good use of the leading opportunity of the "Belt and Road" construction, occupy the innovation highland as soon as possible, learn from the strengths of others, improve the technical level, and actively participate in and lead the formulation of regional standards and rules, and control the right to speak.

Third, respect the rules, sincere cooperation. In the past international trade and cooperation, some PFA enterprises have a bad reputation, PFA particles of poor quality, low price vicious competition, dishonesty and trustworthiness, although only a few, but the impact is the whole country and industry. The "Belt and Road" is a mutually beneficial and win-win development platform, which is not only a good thing for China, but also beneficial to countries along the route. Enterprises going abroad should consciously abide by the principle of mutual benefit, uphold the principles of peace, exchange, understanding, tolerance, cooperation, and win-win, and improve the international recognition and reputation of China's PFA particles. We should not only provide or produce some traditional road goods with price advantages. Relatively underdeveloped countries are not dumping places for low-grade PFA particles. Enterprises should actively learn from the experience and lessons of Russian border trade resistance due to unqualified PFA particles, improve quality awareness and level, and improve the grade of PFA particles. In addition, PFA enterprises should take the initiative to share technology and management experience with foreign counterparts, and achieve mutual benefit through practical cooperation.
