1. Observe the transparency of PFA particles
Generally divided into transparent, translucent and opaque three (also known as solid color, solid color refers to the transparency is very low), there are two ways to adjust the transparency, one is to increase the titanium dioxide, the second is to increase the saturation of the toner.
2. Observe the surface of PFA particles
(1) If the surface of PFA particles is anti-white, that is, some white light in the solid color, it means that PFA particles must contain titanium dioxide. If the anti-white is very heavy, it means that the content of titanium dioxide is definitely high;
(2) If the PFA particles are very bright, that is, the chroma is high, the amount of titanium dioxide is less, and the amount of color toner is more. (The toner content is more, the color is bright, and the color is deep; on the contrary, the color is light and the brightness is low);
(3) If the surface color of PFA particles is deep and bright, and the surface is anti-white, it can only increase the amount of titanium dioxide and increase the amount of toner to deploy.
Note: IfPFA GranulesIs transparent, you need to choose good transparency of organic pigments or dyes. If it is opaque or translucent, it is necessary to estimate the content of titanium dioxide in PFA particles according to actual experience, and then determine whether to add black and extremely proportion according to hue.
3. How to Determine Tone Recipes
First determine the content of titanium dioxide, which is the key to the technology. Because, titanium dioxide content changes, the color will change greatly, the amount of other toner will change;
2. Analyze which kinds of colors are the hue range of the color matching sample, which is the main color, which is the secondary color, and what is the proportion of each. (Try to choose the pigment similar to the color of PFA particles. For example, if the color is red, bright red will be selected if the sample is yellow, and brilliant red or fluorescent red will be selected as the main color if the sample is bright);
3. Observe the brilliance of the sample and consider whether to add fluorescent toner or brightener.

7. Adjustment of Different Color System Should Pay Attention to the Problem of White System as an Example
1. In general, the finer the titanium dioxide particles, the higher the tinting strength. Commonly used titanium dioxide DuPont R105;
White is generally used in light-colored PFA particles, usually adding a large amount of titanium dioxide and a small amount of pigment to configure;
3, special white to choose the bottom color with blue titanium dioxide;
4. The higher the content of titanium dioxide in PFA resin, the better the hiding power, but the hiding power is no longer increased when it is greater than 8%.
