The Chinese name of the PFA particles is: tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkoxy vinyl ether copolymer (also known as perfluoroalkylate, soluble polytetrafluoroethylene).
The chemical properties of PFA, FEP and PTFE are similar, but FEP can only be used below 200 degrees, and PTFE cannot be injected. PFA has a melting point of about 580F and a density of 2.13-2.16g/cc (grams per cubic centimeter). PFA is similar to PTFE and FEP, but above 302T, the mechanical properties are slightly better than FEP, and can be used at temperatures up to 500F, and its chemical resistance is equivalent to PTEF. The product forms of PFA particles are granular products for molding and extrusion, powder products for rotational molding and coating, and semi-finished products are films, plates, rods and pipes.

PFA transparent tube refers to a tubular elastic sensitive element connected by foldable wrinkle sheet along the direction of folding and stretching. Domestic production of PFA transparent tube, forming the main methods are hydraulic forming, mechanical bulging and rolling forming.
Hydraulic forming and rolling forming are more traditional PFA transparent tube forming methods, in the small diameter PFA transparent tube forming mostly use hydraulic forming method; for large diameter PFA transparent tube generally use rolling forming, but rolling forming usually can only roll single-layer PFA transparent tube. Mechanical bulging is a more advanced forming method developed in recent years. Compared with the previous production method of PFA transparent tube and hydraulic forming, it is found that the production efficiency is increased by more than 10 times (for the larger PFA transparent tube), and the labor intensity is also greatly reduced. When forming a multi-layer PFA transparent tube with a large diameter, the port does not need to be sealed, and the cleanliness between the layers of the PFA transparent tube can also be ensured. And the equipment is simple, the investment is small, the diameter of more than 100mm PFA transparent tube can use mechanical bulging method.
