With the development of the recycling fluoroplastics industry, one of the key technologies in the manufacturing process of large-scale integrated circuits is the cleaning process technology-in order to ensure that the high purity of the treatment liquid during the cleaning process is not affected, it is necessary to use a container or storage tank that does not precipitate any substance into the treatment liquid to preserve these treatment liquids, fluoroplastics have a low dielectric constant, good thermal stability, excellent resistance to most chemicals, good mechanical properties, excellent non-stick and stain resistance on the surface, and are the best materials for making these containers.
At present, the domestic pure fluorine plastic storage tank generally uses rotary molding technology, the technology is also commonly used in perfluorinated plastic hot box processing, now China has been able to process the volume of 50 cubic meters of fluorine plastic hot box, indicating that China's fluorine plastic rotary molding technology has made great progress. However, most of the raw materials for rotary molding of recycled fluoroplastics are single materials, and the pure fluoroplastic storage tank is more expensive.
At present, the multi-layer composite fluoroplastic storage tank can be formed by rotary molding method abroad, and the ultra-purified storage tank with high practical value can be obtained at one time, and the cost is significantly reduced. This kind of storage tank is basically composed of three layers. The inner layer is mostly made of fluorine plastic as an ultra-clean lining layer, the middle layer is an adhesive layer, and the outer layer is a reinforced protective layer. For example, PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) is used as the lining layer, polyethylene is used as the outer layer to protect and strengthen the layer, and two different plastics are connected by adhesive between the two layers. This design is characterized by the low cost of the outer layer of polyethylene and the inner layer of PVDF excellent chemical resistance, non-stick, wear resistance and other advantages combined, so that the overall performance of the tank is very ideal. The middle layer uses a modified polyethylene alloy, which contains a material compatible with PVDF, which can better bond the polyethylene and PVDF. It is understood that the storage tank manufactured by this molding method can be used for handling and storing ultra-pure water, high-purity etching liquid and organic solvent.
In addition, the automatic molding technology suitable for processing some large quantities of small fluoroplastic products (such as gaskets, etc.) is still insufficient in our country. Therefore, the technology should be properly developed in the future, including the introduction of necessary equipment, so as to further improve the fluoroplastic molding and processing technology in our country. Experts believe that as a technology-intensive high-tech industry, China's fluoroplastics industry is narrowing the gap with foreign advanced technology level, the future development prospects will be more broad.
