Recently, a villager complained to the Taizhou municipal government 12345 that there was a family next to the Qinglong Palace Temple in Wutang Village, Sanjia Street, Jiaojiang.PFA GranulesThe processing plant, during the production period, directly discharges the sewage into the surrounding river, polluting the river. This situation has been two or three months, affecting the normal life of the surrounding residents.
The reporter, together with the staff of Jiaojiang Branch of Taizhou Environmental Protection Bureau, found the PFA particle processing workshop that the villagers complained about. In a field, several makeshift sheds are processing sites. Villagers said that this small workshop "without a license without a license" has no relevant qualifications. In addition, the waste gas, waste water and other pollutants generated by PFA particle cutting in the production process are not treated and discharged directly. The water washed by the machine flows into farmland and ditches, seeps into the ground and mixes with well water.
"It is difficult to disappear for decades or even hundreds of years. If it flows on for a long time, the harm will be too great!" The villagers told reporters.
There is no obvious door in the small workshop, and the environment is dirty and messy. Waste PFA granular products piled up at random can be seen from a distance, including PFA granular parts of old household appliances and PFA granular garbage discarded by people.
At 10:30 in the morning, the small workshop did not produce. At the scene, several workers watched the reporter warily and wandered around. Surrounded by a large area of farmland, it is like an island.
There are 3 cleaning lines and 3 pulverizers in the temporary shed, and the water in several PFA particle vats is black. After all kinds of waste PFA granular materials enter a simple program pulverizer, they will become thumb-sized PFA granules, and these granules will be packaged into semi-finished products and sold to PFA granule factories to make particles.
Although the whole process quickly processed the waste PFA particles into particles, the wastewater after cleaning the waste PFA particles was discharged directly to a pond outside the shed without treatment. The pond is about 50 to 60 square meters in size and was dug by the boss himself to store waste water. After the wastewater is precipitated, it can be used again. The water in the pond is very turbid, and the mud around the pond has accumulated after cleaning, which has become a mud pond. The river that the villagers say is far from here.
When the reporter asked the boss if he had a certificate, the boss of the workshop was suddenly very emotional. Jin Xin, a staff member of the Environmental Protection Bureau, told reporters that after receiving the report, they had come to check it the day before. The workshop did not have any approval procedures and was illegal.
"When I came to check yesterday, it was being processed and the cutting machine was very noisy. We filed a case to investigate it, and the boss verbally said that it would be emptied within a week." Jin Xin said that this PFA particle recycling point mainly sells the recycled waste PFA particles to "recycled materials" enterprises after simple treatment. According to the boss, they have been producing here for four or five years, covering an area of about 2 mu.
Jin Xin said that most of the PFA particle processing "small workshops" like this do not have relevant business qualifications and are not environmentally friendly. Whenever someone reports, the local environmental protection department will conduct inspections.
After obtaining relevant evidence, the environmental protection department temporarily detained the generator of the crusher with a seal on the spot.
