Working principle:
PFA is added from the top of the equipment, and enters the counter roller through degassing and spiral prepressing. PFA is plastically deformed and compressed into sheet form under the action of great pressing force of the counter roller. The flake PFA is then crushed, granulated, and screened to obtain a PFA granular product. The size of the extrusion pressure can be adjusted by the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder according to the needs of the granulation operation. Different pressure settings can get different strength of the finished PFA particles.

The pressure of PFA after being compressed and formed is gradually reduced under the action of its elastic force and gravity, it falls off from the tank, enters the crushing and whole particle system, and then sieves and classifies according to the user's particle size requirements to obtain uniform PFA granular products that meet the quality requirements. The sieved powder is returned to the hopper for recycling. (In briquette, the granular PFA is compacted between two counter-rotating rollers, and the briquette may use a binder.)
