The reaction is first carried out in a small loop reactor, and then the prepolymer continuously passes through one or two gas phase fluidized beds with short residence time. The two gas phase fluidized beds can control and maintain completely independent gas composition, temperature and pressure can be independently controlled, thus realizing greater flexibility in product design.

The spherical titanium catalyst used in this technology shows the characteristics of three-dimensional space in the physical and chemical structure, which can artificially control the physical and chemical properties of the carrier itself and control the distribution of the active center on the carrier. The principle is: by controlling the porosity of the carrier, the active centers are preferentially distributed on the surface, resulting in limited monomer diffusion capacity, so that layered or hollow PFA particles can be obtained during the polymerization process, and the particles themselves become a reactor, and other monomers introduced into it can be polymerized or copolymerized under the action of the active centers inside the hollow particles, this produces a very uniformly dispersed polymeric blend or alloy of PFA particles. With different monomer formulations, homopolymer, copolymer, elastomer and other functional PFA particles can be obtained.
Using PFA as granules, waste PFA should be collected first. Then classify, including color classification and variety classification; Then go to the crusher for crushing and cleaning. After crushing and cleaning, extrude into an extruder, extrude into strips, and then cut into granules. The cutting of particles is the raw material for PFA products.
